I've spent the past decade as a top-tier trainer at the most elite commercial gyms in Manhattan, and I'm now able to offer the same training at a discount at my own facilities or yours. Have a gym? Great, I'll come to you. No? I have several locations available in the Brooklyn Heights area. More than I love people with fitness goals, I love getting you results. I have a lot of experience with achieving weight loss goals, working with athletes, managing pre-/post-natal care and aiding injury recovery and body composition goals. Have a big event coming up? If you have to endure a hard sell after each visit, though, it's not worth it IMHO.

I realize these places participate mainly to build their membership, and I respect that...but, still. I'm okay with email newsletters/promotions; just don't guilt me into sitting down with a pushy, anxious salesperson.
