Before Gino's pizza upgraded and moved down Washington, it was located in the storefront behind the UPS truck, 790 Washington Avenue.

This storefront now has a Coffee and News awning.

  • Is that the correct address? I think the postal store is 790

It seems they share 790 as a result of both being in the same building.

Gino's was 790, and they are now in the Gino's storefront.

  • I looked in this place last night and they are moving along quickly with construction.

They likely have much of the needed plumbing and electrical close at hand as a result of its previous use as a pizza place.
  • The awning doesn't scream hipster coffee spot to me.
  • It may be targeting people who work at nearby businesses and/or the various car services along Washington Ave.

Washington Ave now has almost every storefront rented.

This place opened a few weeks ago, and is basically a small bodega.

    ...with coffee, batteries, newspapers, etc.

One can't sit and drink the coffee.
