Watch repair in the Slope?

Can anyone give me the name/address of a decent watch repair place that doesn't cost a huge amount in the Slope or south Slope?

My Fossil watches need new batteries and wristbands (metallic).

  • There's a little notions shop right at the entrance to the B and Q trains at Flatbush and 7th. I know they sell batteries and leather watchbands... they may also have metal bands. They are very inexpensive.
  • I got batteries and bands at the Atlantic Center Jewlers. I tried about 6 different stores to replace the band and this was the only place that would even try. Cross the bridge from Target and turn *left* it's kinda hidden away.
  • Tip Top 5th ave between 8th and 9th.... good on replacing digital batteries

    but not so much bands.
  • One note if your watch is waterproof make sure they have the right tool to open and close it and keep it waterproof
  • The jeweler on 7th Ave & 8th Street (don't know the name)
