We are a new and very small-scale whiskey distillery located in East Williamsburg. We produce about 50 gallons of fermented mash every week. This is made mostly of corn, and a little bit of barley, and yeast. It has been drained of liquid, though it's still moist.
We'd like to partner with a farm that could use the mash as pig or chicken feed (an arrangement that has worked well for rural distilleries). Or we are happy to work with a composting site. All we ask is that you come and pick it up once/twice a week.
