Terms of the sale are said to be $12M, and allow Key Food to occupy the first floor of the building that will be constructed after the present building is demolished. Key Food reportedly must vacate by Jan 1, 2017.
New building is believed to be able to be 7 stories, but I need to check the Zoning map to confirm same.
