  A dance place moved in. It was supposed to have hosted a salsa dance on Valentine's Day. I would have liked to go, but I was too tired.

  I assume it is geared toward adults with an interest in being social and exercising ? ...I think one geared toward kids would have a hard time there.

  As reported on the PLG Facebook group, AbunDance has moved into the commercial space that is by the ramp: http://brooklyn.news12.com/story/37699437/abundance-dance-academy-reopens-in-new-location

  AbunDance got priced out of PLG.

  There is a bodega next to the garage entrance, and a storefront church is apparently going to move in next door. (I noticed signage.)

  This building seemed to be finally ready for occupancy in April 2016, so it took them almost 2 years to get the commercial spaces leased.
