Hello, I am new to the DP area and we are a little nervous that out cat at 11years old might have something going on- thyroid or something...does anyone have a good vet in the neighborhood?

Just curious if anyone in Midwood knows what rents for roommates are going for in the older apartment buildings in the neighborhood. I need to find a roommate and I'm never home and I need to find someone trustworthy. Not sure Craigslist will do the trick. Need to price it so I get some interest. Any guidance from those of you with roommates, it will be appreciated.

We have a potential conflict with our landlord over the issue of lead paint. Anyone have a tenant's rights landlord that they know personally, have used and can vouch for?

Does anybody know anything about the Patio Gardens apartment complex on Flatbush. It is right outside of the S shuttle at prospect park. How is the building and the neighborhood?
