As they mentioned when making the show "Life on Mars," they had to RECREATE the dog shit and piss and trash and newspapers that used to make nyc so charming. Get over it. I know there is a type of tree that when its leaves or fruits fall it smells disgusting. Maybe that is what you are smelling?

I think you might be refering to the female Ginkgo Tree. It is a great urban tree, but its fruit smells like puke.

Ugh, and imagine the smell when you make tea out of those gingko balls that fall from the tree. My old neighbor used to pick up all those balls from the street and bring them and make tea out of them, the smell

Yeah certain blocks get more dog traffic and yeah they'll smell. Especially if we only get a small warn rainshower. That only revives the sent, but doesn't wash it away. Very gross. _________________ (\__/)
