it's been a while but looks like a new japanese restaurant is opening on
flatbush near sterling in the former wok n roll spot.

Good to see that something's going in there. I hope that it's good.

I liked Wok N Roll. Though everyone was else was there for the dvds, the food wasn't half bad.

mr. wonton is great.

Funny you say that....Reading this thread put me in the mood for Chinese, and I ordered from them before I saw your post....they do deliver to this side of Flatbush. Food was okay. Not super-tasty, but fine. Good chicken with fresh spinach in white sauce, actually....

for chinese food i usually order from szechuan delight, standard stuff but decent. for thai i usually do either mango or lemongrass. i tried wok n roll a couple of times and it was definitely the worst in the hood. mr wonton is good too.

I've yet to find any good Chinese food in the area. Some items are better at Mr. Wonton (apps and what not) others are better at Hunan Delight (entree's, etc.). Neither one is great unfortunately.

same here. brooklynite03 is crazy, "chinatown" was great and the family there was friendly. i had mr. wonton a few times and i wasn't impressed. szechuan delight is alright but it's too far from me.
