something new coming to that tiny spot on 16th st

i saw that tiny space on 16th st right around the corner from 9th ave (behind the 24 hour deli) has a new business of mediterranean food coming soon. they built a little wooden porch outside and put some plastic walls around it. it looks nice but i wonder how much it will really help. thats just such a weird place for a business. i’ve seen so many different businesses come and go in that space for years and nothing there seems to get a lot of customers or last more than a year. so i'll be curious if that little wooden porch makes any difference

Wrought Iron Fire Escape Guards

Hey everyone. Hope the holiday season is treating you all well.
Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/recommendations about where or from whom to obtain wrought iron fire escape window guards.
Seems trite, but the accordion style ones that we have are really ugly. Obviously not an emergency, but any information would be greatly appreciated.
