is there a paddle ceremony or something? i'm relatively new to the neighborhood... i can't believe the community has a messageboard, it's amazing and i want to be a part of it! so i'm just introducing myself. HI.

also, i can't seem to find a decent coffee shop anywhere.

Soda on Vanderbilt apparently is the place to meet other DHers in the flesh.

If there's a paddle ceremony, I don't want to know about it.

If there is a paddle ceremony I have a weird feeling daveb is the 'headmaster'.

I'M SO GOOD AT TRIVIAL PURSUIT THAT IT WILL MAKE YOU CRY AND LAUGH AND PEE ALL AT THE SAME TIME. i have the 90s edition at home. in case you weren't aware, that includes questions about new kids on the block and "the internet boom".
