Move in ready 1BRs

Any available in your area? I'd love something around The Museum or Prospect Park in a nice neighborhood. So far, I have been searching for a few weeks and either the Apartment's renovations will not be ready until October or they're too far from the trains.

So, anyone with some inside info on an empty Apartment, maybe not advertised that is ready to move in? My price range is $1100 to $1350.
Pretty much all areas are fine, just need close to train and would love, love, love recently renovated.
