Need someone for trash removal, light cleaning in Park Slope

Anyone live in a small 5-10 unit building and have a reliable person to
take out the trash and clean common areas? Our building had a horrible
slacker for many years and then hired someone who was great -- until
he went off the rails. There are professional services that do this work
but they often cost a lot of money. We' re looking more for someone
who would get about $200/month.
