Responsible Professional Seeks Short/Long Term Rental-1300

Hi!

I just moved back into town and am seeking a studio or 1BR rental either short (2 months) or long-term in any of the following neighborhoods: Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights..

I am a 30-year-old single responsible professional who is non-smoking, neat, and quiet. My wish list would be for an older building or brownstone with some character, and have a fireplace and some sort of outdoor space, for around $1,300/month (sans rental fee). But i'm also realistic and willing to sacrifice for a good deal. I don't own much furniture, so i don't need a whole lot of space and if it's a short-term rental it would be ideal if it were already furnished. Looking to move-in OCTOBER 1st.
