Lots of vacancies in Midwood around McDonald Avenue

I live in a fairly industrial area, but am wondering if anyone knows what will be taking the place of the vacant buildings (there are at least six) between Avenues M and P. We could do with a bank, dry cleaner, all night drugstore and, if miracles could happen, a decent restaurant or two.

    I don't have your answer, but do you know if Ferrigno's Gym is still there in between Avenue M & N on McDonald Ave.? (actually it's been renamed; last I know it turned into a fitness equipment distributor but still owned by Ferrigno.)
