Are the rats gone?

We had an infestation of rats on and around Carlton, Prospect Place, Flatbush and going over to Vanderbilt. I haven't seen any for the last 3 weeks, and I'm wondering if other people have noticed anything.
I started asking around yesterday, and so far the people I have spoken with have not seen any. Today I ran into Tish James and she said that they laid bait, so that may have done the trick.
If so, chalk up another one for Tish!

PS The Prospect Place Block Association is meeting tomorrow (Monday) night at 7:30 at the Phoenix House to discuss the Ratner scoping document.
