There's a clusterfuck out there right now, the stop lights and crossing lights are on the fritz.

that happens alot. when ive gone to move my car in the mornings, especially. ive gotten caught there about three times this month, and it sucks.

I've noticed DOT crews installing new traffic light control boxes in and around that area. Looks like someone should have read the manual.
