Is it really busy in there in the mornings like at 6:15-6:30? I need to get off my lazy butt and go and i am thinking the mornings might be better for me. Maybe I need a work out buddy or not even that but just someone I know I have to meet at the gym but necesarily work out with ya know.

I hate to add a question to another question before it has been answered but this seemed like a good opportunity. I'm thinking of joining Bodyreserve in the next week. Does anyone know if it's good for cardio workouts? How are the spin classes? or is it just for weight training?
    Thanks

Body Reserve is great for both cardio and classes, if you're ok with a pretty non-fancy, straightforward gym. (No tvs, special saunas, etc.)

There have been many discussions about Body Reserve on this board, so I might do a search to find them, if I were you.
