Hello,
In the area of Prospect Park West/Windsor Place is there any place nearby to get a printer cartridge? Or do I have to go all the way to Staples? I don't know the area that well yet.
Thank you in advance! :)

You could try Radio Shack on 7th Avenue & 5th Street (718 788 8130). I faintly recall buying cartridges from a Queens branch years ago.

BTW, if you're new to the neighborhood (welcome!), the old school site SmallTownBrooklyn is a great resource. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they're keeping the business listings up-to-date, but still great to have.

    catspjs,

in the future you should try ez-inkjets, http://www.inkjet5.com.

i've gotten generic cartridges for my printer for under $5, and since i'm not printing anything that needs fancy pantone-matched colors, etc., it's a great price.

Call me a dork, but I love SmallTownBrooklyn

Since a lot of businesses around here are flashes in the pan, it must be hard for this website to stay current. According to SmallTownBrooklyn, people can email updated information on new businesses to:
