Could not be more different than Mama Dukes

So it looks like a Bank of America is going into the old Mama Dukes spot. Too bad. I was really hoping for another restaurant to replace Mama Dukes.

dont want to say it, but banks are pretty useful, it would show other businesses that this hood has arrived and they'll open other stores.

I think there's plenty of businesses opening in the neighborhood without another bank. I wonder if they'll actually have a real branch or it'll just be ATMs.

Cynically, I'm betting on another ATM kiosk like the 2 already on 7th Ave.

i was almost of two minds about this, because i use b of a and it would be nice to have a branch closer to me.

then i realized that, like the other two locations closest to me (7th and union, EPkwy and kingston), it is exactly a mile from my house. (okay, the others are like .9 miles away, but still.) i'm beginning to take this perfect spacing personally.

Where is this? Another B of A customer here, and like Sweet tea, I'll be really psyched to get a branch (atm, I'll take whatever I can get).
