    Sorry, SPW. I just got done reading the "Ph goes international" thread. Also, the first 6 words in the ad are:For sale by owner. Corner building.... Just a slight expression of air at thinking you just looked at the pictures, and didn't read the text. :wink: Of course that's the building where HouseBroken is.

    I'm not sure it's completely clear to people who don't own their own businesses how rents/purchases of store space works. I don't think it's totally unrealistic to get the idea from that ad that someone owned the building and the store and was selling both...

    yeah. I was actually a bit confused b/c it looked like there was a doghouse on the roof of the building, which would make me think that the building is owned by the store owner (yes yes, a lot of assumptions, conclusion jumping, etc).

    Thanks Emily. Guess I sound like the totally dense one here, but seeing the words 'For Sale by Owner' next to the picture of a building with a store was definately confusing to me. Hence the question mark on my subject: Housebroken for Sale? No assumptions or conclusion-jumping there.
