BBQ Place Opening On 3rd Ave?

I pased this on 3rd ave and 6th st the other day. Anyone have more info? My fingers are crossed for somethin good!

    It is closed. It was a pet project of the building owner. He lost interest in it not long after it opened. It was not good. You missed nothing.
