any info on ellis bar?

hey i was wondering if anyone has heard anything about ellis bar? it's going into the old aaron's department store on the corner 5th ave and 18th st...i heard that they're going to serve southwestern food, but was wondering if anyone has any more information. i live on 6th and 20th and am in desperate need of some new local spots!

Wow...This is a huge space. The bar/restaurant will take up the whole space or will it be divided. No kidding a place that large could include 3 pool table and bacci court and restaurant and bar.

Exactly my thoughts veets. that is a huge space just to have a restaurant/bar. does anyone know if they will be offering anything besides food and booze?
