what kind of cable tv can we get in prospect heights?

I don't think i can or should live any longer without cable tv. But which one to get? Can anyone tell me what companies provide cable to prospect heights and which ones bundle their cable tv with phone and/or dsl services?

You'll get either Time Warner or Cablevision, depending on your block. Seems like lots of folks here have Cablevision (me too).

I have Cablevision too and I'm praying that one day we'll be able to get Verizon Fios. Cablevision really sucks!

I really hate that we're tied to one company or the other. As much as Cablevision's been cheaper for us than Time Warner was, I really miss BBC America (on TW only). Perhaps someday that law will go through allowing competition in our area. Bleh.
