What neighborhood is this in?

Ocean Avenue @ Caton (West side if that matters). It seems it would be Prospect Park South, but apparently the begins 1 block South @ Church St. Is it PLG? Many thanks!

it's not technically prospect park south- PPS is between Church avenue and beverly road, from buckinham road to straford road... you might be in "Caton Park", but generally, I'd just go with flatbush

prospect park south is not a real neighborhood. I was made up to trick renters into paying more in rent. Have fun in Flatbush

That would be between PLG and PPS, but I would agree that it is solidly Flatbush. FWIW. But what is a label anyhow? Does a rose by any other name not smell as sweet?
