Subject: Park Slope St. Patrick's Day parade?

Will it be on Sunday, March 16th? anyone know? Anyone go?

That's too far away for me to think about-besides not being irish-LOL!

Back in the day, I remember seeing Ed Koch wearing a large "KISS ME I'M IRISH" pin on St. Paddy's Day. If Ed Koch qualifies as Irish, I'm sure you do too, LongTimeSloper!

aha! It IS historically the Sunday after Easter - but this year (for the first time since 1940), Easter week falls at the same time.....so, the Sunday after St. Patrick's Day is Easter and that means the parade will be on March 16.
