Real Estate Attorneys?

I am getting closer to possibly buying my first place, but there are a few questions/concerns I have. Here is what I am wondering:

1) Is there anyone out there in DailySlope world that is an RE lawyer or at least someone that has lots of experience with real estate that would be willing to let me e-mail them a question or two? (really, just a little question - feel free to PM me)

2) Does anyone have any RE lawyers that they would recommend wholeheartedly (and use again themselves)?

3) Any really bad experiences with an RE lawyer? Who should I run away from?

Thanks!

Good: Jim Ratliff on 4th Street near 7th Avenue.
Edward Fusco on 7th Avenue near 7th Street.
Both have been in the Slope for more than 15 years.
    Not expensive, either.

Kurt Roth has been a real estate lawyer in BK for a long time. I'm using him for my current co-op. He's really quick on email and phone, and is kind of hilarious too.
