255 Eastern parkway...thoughts?

I'm considering buying a condo on a high floor facing north in this building. Was wondering if anyone else lived in/around here and could give some advice as to the place and neighborhood.

THey're currently asking for about 550K for 930 sqft.

My husband and I rented in the building for several months last year. Unfortunately, since we were renters, I can't tell you about the board or what it's like to own there, but we loved living there. The apartment was very spacious and the heat was generous, which we loved. The doormen and porters are very friendly and helpful. The neighbors were quiet. We didn't have any problems with the neighborhood. As you already know, It's really close to the train station, as well as the museum. We usually walked to Washington, rather than Franklin for things like groceries and dining out. The only negatives were the occassional mouse in the apartment, rats in the garbage room and the dryers didn't dry clothes well.
