Wine Bar

Has anybody else seen the signs for a wine bar opening on the corner of Classon and St. John's? It is in the retail space below that new condo building that is going for a cool million for the penthouse.

Anybody know a timeline for this? It doesn't look like many (or any) of those condos are occupied yet. Also, there's not a lot of traffic on Classon at night. It's interesting that they put space for retail in that building.

I. Cannot. Wait. After all the years living here waiting for a place that's really close to me- well, THIS is close enough!
