Without fail on the morning after every night that Reign Nightclub (Washington & Flushing) the sidewalk and street in front of the club is littered with glass and other various debris.

What are the steps that need to be taken to make this place a little more responsible for the conduct of its patrons once they leave the club?

Or is the club not responsible for the fact that patrons take bottles out of the nightclub and then those bottles end up broken on the sidewalk and street?

    Subject: Reign

and then a lot of these irresponsible, drunk patrons walk down Waverly Ave. talking at the tops of their lungs, shouting, fighting, saying all kinds of shit like nobdy on that street is trying to sleep at 3am in the morning. something has to be done with the behavior of the patrons of this club when they leave at the end of the night. i wouldn't be suprised if there wasn't another "sean bell" incident involving these patrons someday.

Oh my goodness...I second that. I live on Waverly and fell asleep on the sofa in the front room one night. It was UNBELIEVABLE the ruckus I woke up to around 3:15. I thought there was some sort of riot going on. I'm on the ground floor and they had literally congregated on the sidewalk in front of my apt and even inside the gated area. I'm rarely scared, but this kind of got to me. I woke my boyfriend up and we sat in the dark just listening to the craziness going on 10 feet away from us.

Sean Bell incident? You mean unarmed men shot by uniformed NYPD? What does that have to do with rude club-goers? Or are you threatening to shoot men of color down because they annoy you?

no Putnam, I am merely pointing to the fact that that club is only going to eventually bring trouble to the neighborhood. was not making any reference to my wanting to "gun down anyone". please don't try to start something.

Call 311. Repeatedly. Call the local precinct (88th I believe). Go to community board meetings.

If you're serious about Reign cleaning up its act, there are ways to send the message. It won't be instant gratification, but there's hope.

Yeah and Dekalb avenue is so quiet after all the bars last call  ...This is New York..The city that never sleeps..if you want to hear crickets you know where to find them. And that Sean Bell comment was just low. Yeah sure you're worrying about the club bring trouble to the neighborhood...no way I would make that inference from your IGNORANT comment. I wonder how many of your neighbors in Clinton Hill co-ops would appreciate that comment.

Thanks Boygabriel. We'll have to start doing that.

When the clubs are letting out the police do happen to have quite the presence out on the street. I was quite surprised the 1st time I saw them circling the block repeatedly.

As for the noise...air conditioner in the summer and a white noise maker in the winter. Don't hear a sound from the streets.
