New Restaurant Next to Le Gamin?

Anyone know what is going on in the new store front at Vanderbilt (and Dean) between Le Gamin and the diner? Somebody told me they heard it is going to be an Italian restaurant. Just curious.

Yes, Italian, and Nick said the other day it'll be a few more months until the building is finished.

Will be another pizzeria , pasta joint, another one will open where Muddy waters used to be, curiously enough next to an amazing Italian Restaurant and a cross the street of another Pizzeria.
