Looking for PS or PH studio or share for $1000-1200

Ok, I may be dreaming here, but I've got a guy who works for me who is looking for a share of studio in PH or PS in the $1000-1200 range.

Any leads would be appreciated.

    Uh, we pay $1020 for our two-bedroom railroad and we're moving in two weeks. I'm sure they'll hike the rent but it will still definitely be in that price range.

    It's a couple of blocks into Crown Heights, though (Park between Classon and Franklin, right by the shuttle stop.)

    Hi! THere are two studio apartments opening up right above me. If you want or still need more info, I will tell you what I know. I think they may be asking like $1000 and its probably negotiable. It could be way lower, like $800.
