what is opening on fulton st and greene ave?

i heard a rumor last year as to what that might be....anyone know?

Don't they run into each other over by Flatbush. Uh... Near C/G between Lafayette and Atlantic. Behind Target. Hanson street. Whatever.

There's 2 things happening there- one is a church I believe and has been under major construction for some time, and the other is a small storefront behind the subway entrance which has shown some signs of life recently.

Across Fulton at Hanson Pl I've seen Major renovations going on in what used to be the hardware store, too.

that is what i am talking about. the spot which was a former hardware...next to cakeman raven..was rumored to be a starbucks but not sure now. fulton , green,hanson,south oxford...whatever you want to call it....that intersection where work is being done in the storefront there.

Per a poster on the General Greene blog.....there is a restaurant opening up at this location.Wonder what type of cuisine? A nice restaurant like Sofritos NYC would be greattttttttttttttttttt and soo worth it. Good food and great atmosphere and great drinks.Oh well....I can dream cant I?
