Magnetic Fields Bar is closed and for sale

Damn, on my way back from a doctor's appointment on Atlantic ave I decided to take a stroll and found that Magnetic Fields was closed down and the space is for sale. Too bad. It was a good addition to the other bars there and made for a good bar crawl with friends. (I swear I'm not an alky!)

Question is: what will take it's space?

that's a damn shame! my band played an acoustic set there and they had $1 beer special going on for the duration of our set. we played as long as we could but ran out of songs after about an hour sucks to see that go, they seemed to be doing well.

Too bad. The owner actually used to be a regular poster here.
