so i was riding my bike by earlier and saw about 10 cops come streaming out the front door and start running around the building. i saw a cop pull his weapon and aim it at the closed side door. did someone escape? tons of news vans around later as well.

Saw it on the 10:00 news. They are questioning the guy they think is responsible for those two rapes in the Brownsville houses. He apparently got sick at one point and they took him to the hospital. Maybe what you saw was when they were getting ready to move him.

The news (dunno which) was JUST outside - but they wrapped it up before I grabbed my camera. I also saw Eyewitness News out there @ 6p.

It's not Sterling...its at Washington and Park Place. Just north of Park on East side of Washington.

I've always wondered what exactly goes on in that building...it's not a precinct. Guess we now know one thing that happens there.

That building houses Brooklyn Robbery and Brooklyn Special Victims.

Yeah. It is totally SVU. I went over there to report a crime and got redirected to the Utica station once since it was not SVU related.
