leaky roof

I have a roof that leaks only when there is a really windy rain which leads me to believe it comes in horizontally. I've had my usual exterior contractor come and investigate and he could not find the problem. Does anyone know of somebody/firm that you would recommend that is familiar with roofs. thanks

Do yourself a favor. First try a quick fix: Purchase 10 gallons of tar and brush all the lines in-between the tar paper, and any tar paper that is frizzled. Really lay it on thick.

Just be careful on the roof, and know your footing!

Then, if that doesn't work ... then call the roof people, who will probably suggest a new roof covering.
