Delicacies in the Times

On my way home from shopping in the city yesterday, I stopped into Delicacies on Vanderbilt for some, well, delicacies, for dinner. There was a photographer from the Times taking pictures for an upcoming story! Congrats, Rhym! Very exciting for ProHo!

wow! that's exciting. that makes two joints in PH in 2 weeks. BEAST was reviewed a couple of weeks ago in the NY times too!

And don't forget the chef from Franny's had a featured column for several weeks running in the Dining section.

yeah, true i forgot about him. that makes tree! i also think that he cooked with the chef from BEAST at Rosewater.

Delicacies is great. The people who own it are very nice. Its a great add to the neighborhood.

Delicacies feels a little empty as it is. They should expand their inventory and use more of their space. that said, I'm really glad it's in the neighborhood.

Hi - the NY Times article was totally unexpected but made us very happy as much as any other paper/magazine/site that wrote about us.
