another biker hit - Friday night Atlantic/Flatbush/Fourth Av

anybody see/know what happened at the intersection of Fourth Ave and Flatbush last night? Bicyclist down around 8:45pm . . .

i drove by and saw the aftermath... there was no sign of the biker there, just cops talking to a couple of people (I assume the people who hit the biker, then). I would guess that the biker had been taken away already. Though it's not much, I can say that no one looked particularly upset or in a hurry or anything, so hopefully nothing too bad happened.

Ugh, that is SUCH an awful intersection. If I had a bike, I'd never try to go through that whole Atlantic/Flatbush/4th triangle. It's dangerous enough on foot. I know that this happens at lots of intersections in New York, but so many cars just park themselves in the middle of the intersection when the light changes, and people drive so fast. It's pretty terrifying.

Hope the person's okay.
