Just kidding. As someone who loves Brooklyn and posts fairly often on this board I wanted to say that if anyone is looking for an apartment and decides to go the broker route, feel free to get in touch with me via private message. I also give free advice, will work hard to find the elusive perfect apartment that you are looking for and respect your time, money and wishes.

I'd also be interested in hearing people on this board's feedback about what you are looking for in a real estate professional, what you hated or loved about your broker and anything else you can think of. Thanks!

I will have 2 apartments in North park slope to rent soon. Both 1 bedroom railroad apartments. Would you have anyone interested?

One apartment will be available in 3 months (I would like to gut renovate the bathroom before renting it out). The second tenant's lease expired and im letting them stay at the place without a lease till they find a bigger place in north slope. however, they were not able to find something bigger that they can afford. I'll call you as soon as they become available.
