Hahaaa..... nymag.com picked up on our latest mugging thread. Looks like we got a photoshop out of it:

"Well, at least he can thank his lucky stars that the burg's most notorious gang didn't show up, the Hip Mommies. Then he might have been smugged to death!"

    What's amazing is that anybody can spin a yarn and post it and lowlife pubs like NY MAg will post it no questions asked. Maybe we should start spinning some fabulous yarns and post them continuously in all the blogs. They're like parasites descending on any story real or not.

    Yes, and as I watched it, I wondered why Kyle's family didn't just relocate to Park Slope; it seemed to fit all their criteria even better than San Francisco...

    Did you guys read the comments after? Is it just me, or does anyone find it weird that someone from their own staff made a snarky comment on the reply section? Are they fulfilling a snarky comment minimum? :P
