Seeking 1 to 2 bedroom for June 1st

Hello everyone. I am moving to Brooklyn (and hopefully Prospect Heights) in early May, and am looking to find a one or two bedroom apartment for $1,300 to $1,400. I was hoping that someone here was either looking to move out at that time (mid-May to early June) or knew of an opening in their building.

We're very respectful and responsible people, if that is a factor.

Advice? Tips? I'm planning on going through craigslist, but would love to avoid the rental rat race.

No chance on a 2BR in that range.

I agree that it would be very difficult to find a two bedroom in Prospect Heights for that price. However, I am also looking in other parts of Brooklyn where a two bedroom for that price is a possibility.
