Price range for a Prospect Heights 1BR Rental

Would love to get peoples thoughts as to what a fair monthly rent would be for a 1BR + office on Carlton btwn Prospect Place and St.Marks. A range would be great! Just trying to get an understanding of the market.

$1,800 to $2,400.

2000 to 2500, maybe even more...

$1600 and up.
