(Slow) Development on Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill

I've heard rumors both online (Clinton Hill blog) and from neighbors that the owners of the building on Clifton and Grand want to put in a brick oven pizza place. This is the building that used to have a v. poorly stocked "grocery". Anyone heard anything beyond rumors? I've noticed the doors open the past week or so.

Also, what about the two storefronts on Greene Avenue close to Grand? When is Choice going to open its outpost there????? What about the place next door? I heard it was going to be a yoga studio, but nothing ever happend and now there is a diff realty group listing the place. I'd love to see these places get going with something.

talk to landmark's. they put an end to all good plans. doesnt matter if someone is markedly improving the area, if its not what it once was (even if its infinitely better than what directly proceeded it) you CANT do it. this is the reason for the places in question not moving ahead (for real.)
