Biggie?

Around 9:30 this morning there was a film crew, trucks, cameras and all, set up on corner of Fulton/Washington. Large group congregated around the bodega on the SE corner. Didn't recognize anyone, but the group was either a) onlookers/kids from around the nabe or b) extras dressed up to be ppl from around the nabe and I thought one stood out as a Biggie clone. Kangol, gold chain and all. So was that the movie or is there another project going on around here? I know L&O sometimes films in Brooklyn.

A bio-pic called "Notorious" is being filmed around here. Lots of locations in Crown Heights for the past few weeks (including a "new bodega" that totally faked me out) and some in BS/FG too.

the trucks were setting up as early as 7am this morning and when i got back at 5:45pm, they were still there, filming in front of the check cashing jizzoint.

i'm pretty positive i saw john singleton on the corner of fulton and washington as we were walking to the C. can anyone confirm his involvement in this project? my wife might have even seen jonah hill but neither of us could find anything about either of them working on projects in this area.

however he is listed on IMDB.com as being apart of the new A-Team movie!

The director of the film ("Notorious") is named George Tilman Jr., and he looks a lot like Singleton. I'm assuming that's who you saw.
