I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're not seriously looking, on behalf of your spouse, for a plastic surgeon who specializes in breast augmentation.

You don't need a doctor, have your wife do some push ups and not the girlee ones mind you. That will firm that area around the breast right nicely and also make her feel more powerful like ahnold.
