Well, the long holiday is over. The Family has returned to their respective homes and Thanksgiving lives on in tupperware. Leftovers.

Just wondering what some of you other Brooklynites did for your Holidays if you celebrated any this past weekend.

Share stories or pictures, or recipes (Ones that worked, or stories about those that didn't?)

I made this.. following this recipe, roughly. Adapted to work inside in the oven. To get the crispy skin, put first into the oven at 500F for 30min, then cover the breast meat with foil to prevent burning. Cook till internal temperature reaches 161F. Best turkey I've ever had.

Unfortunately in my family the food doesn't stay on the plate long enough to get photographed :). I hope you enjoyed your turkey!! We always wind up with soo much food. My sister makes us bring our own tupperware for leftovers.
