How can I find out a what where and when community groups or block association meet in PH?

for Community Board 8 meetings go to www.brooklyncb8.org.
For other info join the northslope yahoo group.

Theres always the precinct council meetings. Call the precinct for the date and location. 718-735-0634 As far as Block Associations I don't know.
