Can I just say that this weather sucks

Yes i know this weekend will be beautiful and for this I am excited but..

has it not rained every day for the past 2 weeks? and why is it so cold. I'm getting really tired of this. I think i'm developing late-edition seasonal depression.

me too! I need some sunshine! I'm cold!

I'm cold and pissed off. this weather makes me want to throatpunch. That in combination with my neighbor practicing his bass guitar aprox 5 hours a day (shittily, ill add) is making me want to go postal a bit.

I think I need to get out of the house.

There's the Fireworks show tonight! Head out and have some dinner nearby then catch the show. I hear the air force will be doing a fly-by AND it's Fleet Week ladies! Go out there and hook a hunky Navy man. They haven't seen any women in forevah! !

(I hear a prime Navy-men spot is the Yacht-Club BTW)

OMG...the sun...the sun!

I used to have an office at One NY Plaza with windows overlooking the river/statue of liberty. You could watch all of the ships go by from my window. It was fun

Can I just say that this weather sucks

You can say it, but that don't necessarily make it so.

After spending most of my life in a climate with 330 days of sunshine a year, I can say that I never really appreciated it until I moved here. I like sunny days _so_ much better now I have the dreary ones to go with them.

If that makes any sense.

Or even if it doesn't.

Where would be a good brooklyn place to watch these fireworks? My boyfriend is taking me out to dinner tonight so I can make him take me somewhere to see them...

Carn- I can't watch that video just now, but I saw it years ago and have NEVER forgotten it. It's one of my favorite sad stories. Thank you, yet again.
