Yep, that's correct. This lovely new six story building with parking is now renting, bet. Rogers Ave and Nostrand Ave. The rents? If you have to ask, you can't afford them. Rumor has it studios are going for $1,100. Check the sign out on the building for more scary prices.

    $1,100 for a good studio in the area is a decent deal these days. Especially a brand new purportedly nice one.

    I do not think it includes parking. The sign says that parking is an additional $85 per month.

    I just walked by this building last night. I guess it could be ready for tenants in two months. Seems like it was just a shell of a building a month ago though.
