Emergency Vehicles on Classon and Lefferts at midnight

Anyone know what happened at Classon Ave and Lefferts a little after midnite? I was returning from the airport and saw lots of emergency vehicles at that intersection. Many ambulances, police and fire trucks. I had to make a u turn and take Atlantic. I tried asking an officer but he didnt respond.
